Be found. Be clear. Be easy to contact.

How do you keep your website, social media, and business listings up to date? Can customers find the right hours, services, and phone number? I help you keep the details clear so people can find you, understand what you offer, and get in touch.

01 / FIND

Does the right information show up?

I check the listings and website pages your customers use, then help you correct missing or outdated details.

02 / TRUST

Can a buyer understand the offer?

I help you explain your services, where you work, and how a customer can get started, using facts from your business.

03 / CONTACT

Does the next step work?

I check your call links and test an existing inquiry form so you know whether a customer can reach you.

Local Visibility Reset

Make one business location easier to find, understand, and contact.

$1,500one timeSubject to written scope

What you get

  • Check ownership and correct the business name, contact details, hours, services, and links on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Apple Business Connect, where eligible.
  • Correct or submit up to five relevant directory listings. Keep a record of submissions and anything awaiting platform approval.
  • Improve titles, service descriptions, and contact links on up to three existing website pages. Minor site changes share a three-hour technical allowance.
  • Test one existing inquiry form and the main phone links. Check the site on a phone before handing it back.
  • Connect or check Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools where access allows. Check the sitemap and obvious indexing blocks.
  • Deliver a before-and-after checklist, an account ownership list, and a 45-minute handoff with the next three priorities.
How we judge the work

Correct listings, usable contact paths, and a recorded search baseline. Later traffic and inquiries are measured, not guaranteed.

Local Visibility Care

Keep one location’s search presence current after the basics are in order.

$550per monthSubject to written scope

What you get

  • One monthly check of the three primary listings, including current hours, services, and website links.
  • Four Google Business Profile updates using approved information and existing images.
  • Draft replies to up to 10 customer reviews for owner approval. No invented reviews or review gating.
  • One small improvement to an existing website page, up to 300 words or a contact-link change within 30 minutes of technical work.
  • A monthly one-page report covering completed work, available search and listing activity, and recorded inquiries, plus a 20-minute owner check-in.
How we judge the work

Accuracy and completed work first, then relevant search activity and qualified inquiries. Profile views alone are not sales.

Bigger work gets its own scope

A new website isn’t a “small edit.”

If the site needs replacing, the next proposal must name its page count, copy, forms, accessibility checks, redirects, hosting, ownership, and handoff. No mystery “website package” and no rebuild buried inside maintenance.

Sustained SEO, AI search visibility, deeper website content, and paid ads receive separate proposals with a named person doing the work. We define the work and how it will be checked before you commit. See the separately scoped services.

No first-place promises.

Google describes local rankings in terms of relevance, distance, and prominence. Accurate information is work we can do; the search result is not something we control. Read Google’s local-ranking guidance ↗
