I get the problem clear.
What is happening, what it costs you, what you have tried, and what a useful result would look like. No tool recommendation before that.
Meet Zach Thomas
I like people. I use AI in my own businesses because I want more time with clients and my team. That is what I want to help other business owners do, too.
AI has made me busier, not less busy. I want that time to go toward people and work that matters.

Twenty years of real client work
I run Apogee Event Productions. Over 20 years in events and client service, I’ve learned how much sits behind a job that looks easy from the outside: sales, planning, crews, equipment, expectations, and follow-through.
I also know how easy it is for your own marketing and systems to slip while you’re taking care of everyone else.
I bring that owner’s view to your business. I help you find the sticking point, choose what needs doing, and put the right help around it.
My role is to understand your business, show you what is possible, and help you choose what deserves attention. The technical work gets a defined scope and a team responsible for delivering it.
What you should be able to expect
A clear scope, a named person responsible for the work, and a handoff your team can use.
What is happening, what it costs you, what you have tried, and what a useful result would look like. No tool recommendation before that.
Deliverables, counts, limits, price, timing, and the person doing the work. If we need to change them, we discuss it first.
You receive the agreed work, clear handoff notes, and the accounts and materials you own. I check the result against the business goals we set.
How the work is handled
I lead your business assessment, project conversations, content planning, speaking sessions, and review of the finished workflow. Technical work is scoped and checked by the person qualified to deliver it.
Randy and his team scope technical reviews and builds they can support. Each project gets an agreed tool set, estimate, schedule, and support plan. Those details are written down before you commit.
Existing Apogee work and reviews are not presented as consulting client results. Any case study comes later, with permission and measured evidence.
