Business assessment · Technical review · Custom builds

Find the right fix for your business.

Are you copying details between tools? Chasing updates? Building reports by hand? I help you review one process and work out whether AI, a tool you already own, or a change in how your team works could give you more time for your customers.

Make work easier

AI Business Assessment

Review one business workflow, find where the work gets stuck, and decide whether AI, existing tools, or a process change would help.

$750one timeSubject to written scope

What you get

  • A 60-minute owner interview and one 30-minute staff interview about one workflow using up to two existing tools.
  • Review up to 20 recent, approved redacted examples of the problem, such as inquiries, quotes, or repeated admin work.
  • A current-process map, an available baseline, up to three supported improvements, and a recommended first step.
  • Compare a process change, existing software features, and paid tools or custom work. Include rough implementation costs and a 45-minute findings meeting.
How we judge the work

A supported recommendation and a clear next step, including “don’t build anything” when that is the right answer.

After the findings

Build only what earns its place.

A clearer staff handoff or a feature in your current software may be enough. If existing software does not fit, a custom tool may be worth exploring. Randy and his team scope the technical work they can support. Requirements, cost, availability, testing, and support are agreed before a build begins. Lead follow-up is one example of the work we can scope.

Lead Follow-Up Setup

Give each inquiry a place, a person, and a next step in your existing CRM.

$3,500one timeSubject to written scope

What you get

  • One existing CRM, one supported lead source, and up to five users. One pipeline with up to six stages and 10 fields.
  • Two simple automations, each with one trigger and up to two actions, using native features or a supported connector.
  • One clean, authorized CSV import of up to 500 contacts if needed, and one agreed set of message templates.
  • At least 10 agreed tests covering the normal path, missing fields, duplicates, permissions, delivery failure, and fallback where relevant.
  • One 60-minute team handoff, an operating guide, an export/recovery plan, one consolidated revision round, and a 30-minute adoption check within 14 days.
  • In-scope defects reported within 30 days of acceptance corrected without using a care-plan allowance.
How we judge the work

Leads arrive correctly, staff know their next action, and the workflow passes its tests. Compare response time and stalled quotes against the starting baseline.

Only if you need it

Keeping it working is different
from adding something new.

Care checks what is already there. Improvement pays for one planned change. You should not pay both fees for the same supported system.

Keep it working

System Care

A small care plan for up to two automations we have installed and documented.

$350per monthSubject to written scope

What you get

  • Review existing error alerts where supported and run a monthly functional check of up to two named automations.
  • Review reported issues and provide a short status report.
  • One technical hour and 30 minutes of coordination total, including all checks and reporting. Minor corrections use up to 30 minutes within that hour.
How we judge the work

Completed checks, recorded failures, and the agreed corrections. Stable systems may not need a retainer.

Keep it working

Monthly Improvement

Care plus one planned improvement in the same supported system.

$1,250per monthSubject to written scope

What you get

  • All System Care duties for the named system, included in this price rather than billed twice.
  • A 45-minute owner review, one staff adoption check, and a comparison with the available baseline.
  • One agreed small change, such as a simpler form or revised follow-up rule, using up to three technical hours.
  • Four technical hours and two Zach hours total per month, including care, meetings, reporting, troubleshooting, and the change.
How we judge the work

The agreed change delivered, staff use checked, and its effect compared with the baseline where records allow.

Technical help for your next step

Get a bid for
the work you need.

Bring a project your team has built, an existing system that needs work, or a problem that off-the-shelf software has not solved. Each project gets a deliverable list and a separate quote before work starts. These projects are separate from the monthly plans above.

Website build or care

Name the pages, platform, edits, backups, update checks, recovery test, and support window. A backup without a way to restore it is not a complete care plan.

The technical scope confirms supported platforms, recovery duties, and fixed fees.

Google or social ads

One platform first. Agree campaigns, creative count, conversion tracking, approval, review schedule, and stop rules. Separate the setup fee, management fee, and money paid to the ad platform.

The written scope confirms who manages campaigns and what results can actually be measured. No live spending without written approval.

Custom software & AI tools

Start with a written problem, users, one core workflow, acceptance tests, data needs, and an estimate. Discovery delivers a build-or-buy recommendation and a bounded next proposal.

Engineering and support are scoped with the person doing the work. No fixed build price before the requirements are known.

AI-built product review

Review one defined product or repository for the agreed user flow, deployment, obvious reliability gaps, data handling, and maintainability. Deliver a prioritized findings list and a fix estimate.

Code review is not a penetration test or security certification. Access, repo size, review depth, and reviewer qualifications determine the quote.

Local AI & private workflows

Map the actual need, hardware, models, data, access, updates, backups, and a benchmark. Compare a local system with a simpler hosted option and the cost of doing nothing.

Local does not automatically mean private, secure, offline, or cheaper. Quote only after a named specialist can support the chosen setup.

Search visibility & business content

Help customers find accurate business details, understand your services, and see the work you do. Website content, Google Business Profile, search visibility, and social content are scoped around your business.

The visibility and social content pages include defined packages. Broader website or AI search work needs its own scope; search placement and AI recommendations are not guaranteed.
